NavPoint Real Estate Group Executes Lease Transactions Across Metro Denver

Aurora:

  • Boyd’s Mini Medical Center Inc leased 1,131 SF of office space at 12510 E Iliff Ave Suite 205 for 3 years. Anthony Damico and Matt Kulbe of NavPoint Real Estate Group represented the landlord.  This lease was executed in February.

 

  • IHOP leased 5,200 SF of retail space at 13650 E Colfax Ave Suite L for 20 years. Ian Elfner of NavPoint Real Estate Group represented the tenant.  This lease was executed in March.

 

  • Salem Engineering Group leased 1,330 SF of industrial space at 11881 E 33rd Ave Suite A for 3 years. Anthony Damico of NavPoint Real Estate Group represented the tenant.  This lease was executed in April.

 

Castle Rock:

  • South Denver Gastroenterology P.C. LLC leased 13,579 SF of office space at 3911 Ambrosia St Suite 200 & 201 for 10 years.  Matt Call, Ian Elfner, and Heather Taylor of NavPoint Real Estate Group represented the landlord.  This lease was executed in April.

 

  • KPM &Associates, LLP leased 997 SF of office space at 380 Perry Street Suite 220 for 3 years. Matt Kulbe and Anthony Damico of NavPoint Real Estate Group represented the landlord.  This lease was executed in April.

 

Denver:

  • Denver Poke Company leased 530 SF of retail space at 1550-1620 Platte St Suite C for 5 years. Ian Elfner of NavPoint Real Estate Group represented the landlord.  This lease was executed in March.

 

  • Sous Le Lit leased 1,167 SF of retail space at 1550 Platte St Suite 102 for 8 years. Ian Elfner of NavPoint Real Estate Group represented the landlord.  This lease was executed in March.

  • Law Offices of Jason Jordan leased 8,138 SF of office space at 5445 DTC Parkway Suite 1000 for 10 years. Matt Call of NavPoint Real Estate Group represented the tenant.  This lease was executed in March.

 

Littleton:

  • Sean Patrick Salons, Inc. leased 1,300 SF of retail space at 5894 S Zang Street Suite B for 5 years. Matt Kulbe and Heather Taylor of NavPoint Real Estate Group represented the landlord.  This lease was executed in April.

 

Longmont:

  • Sagescript Institute Inc leased 2,905 SF of retail space at 340 Lashley St Suite 220 for 3 years. Anthony Damico and Matt Kulbe of NavPoint Real Estate Group represented the landlord.  This lease was executed in February.

 

Parker:

  • Sahair Salon leased 1,610 SF of retail space at 17002 E Mainstreet Unit G for 5 years. Heather Taylor and Matt Call of NavPoint Real Estate Group represented the landlord.  This lease was executed in January.

 

Wheat Ridge:

  • Santee Metal Works LLC leased 1,530 SF of industrial space at 12100 W 52nd Ave Unit 123 for 3 years. Heather Taylor of NavPoint Real Estate Group represented the tenant.  This lease was executed in February.

 

  • Aspire Technology Solutions, INC leased 1,285 SF of office space at 4350 Wadsworth Blvd Unit 275 for 5 years. Matt Kulbe of NavPoint Real Estate Group represented the tenant.  This lease was executed in March.

 

NavPoint Real Estate Group Sells 5,755 SF Building in Castle Rock

Castle Rock, CO – NavPoint Real Estate Group is pleased to announce the sale of a 5,755 SF building at 807 Wilcox Street in Castle Rock. The seller was Castle Pines Motel, LLC. The buyer was Barnzillare, LLC.   Matt Call and Ian Elfner of NavPoint Real Estate Group represented the seller.  This deal successfully closed in May 2017. The property is conveniently located just southeast of the Wolfensberger exit off I-25.   The asset consists of three buildings Castle Pines Motel which includes 10 furnished guest rooms, The Estate Sale Consignment Store including fixtures and inventory, and two Greenhouses currently being used as part of the consignment store.

Lakewood, CO – NavPoint Real Estate Group is pleased to announce the sale of a 78,504 SF office building known as Springhill West at 3609 S Wadsworth Blvd in Lakewood. The seller was Wads 3609, LLC. The buyer was DDIT Texas, LLC and Amherst Capital Partners Colorado, LLC.  John Witt and Matt Call of NavPoint Real Estate Group represented the buyer.  This deal successfully closed in January 2017. The building was originally constructed in 1983 and went through major building renovations in 2012 which attracted new tenants and increased the occupancy. The building boasts of 36 tenants such as Wiss Janney Elstner Associates Inc, Command Center Inc, Direxa Engineering, Northfield Trading LP, Metabolic Research Center, and many more.

NavPoint Real Estate Group Closes Hotel & Retail Land in Golden, CO

NavPoint Real Estate Group is pleased to announce the sale of 3.02 acres to Origin Red Rocks a boutique hotel offering 123 rooms and 5.0 acres of retail land to Avalanche Harley-Davidson. The seller was Gateway Investments an investment entity founded by Northstar Commercial Partners. The buyers were Golden Hotel Group, LLC and Avalanche Harley-Davidson. Heather Taylor and Matt Call of NavPoint Real Estate Group represented the seller. These deals successfully closed in December 2016. Avalanche Harley-Davidson is estimated to employ up to 90 people and host more than 100 events each year, catering to the local motorcycle community. The Avalanche Harley-Davidson dealership will sell and lease both new and used motorcycles with full motorcycle service and financing, as well as a fully stocked retail store. The Origin Red Rocks hotel will cater to Red Rocks Amphitheater and many other customers exploring beautiful Colorado. Gateway Village encompasses 22 acres designated for mixed-use development such as retail, restaurant, bar, and event space located at I-70 Exit 259 and Hwy. 40, just west of the I-70 and 470 junctions. This new, regional retail project will also include a hotel, gas station convenience store, dining, and much more! The buyer was 2 Combs Enterprises, Inc.  Heather Taylor, Matt Kulbe, and Anthony Damico of NavPoint Real Estate Group represented the seller.  This deal successfully closed in December 2016. The property is conveniently located off South Parker Road and Twenty Mile Road near E-470. The land will be developed into a Springhill Suites by Marriott which will break ground Mid-March.  There are a few more pad sites available next to the new hotel ranging in size to allow for many synergistic uses.  Sites still remain that are perfect for restaurants looking to take advantage of the density being so close to the hotel and multi-family project coming to Westcreek.
