Brighton, CO – NavPoint Real Estate Group is pleased to announce the sale of 9,192 SF Retail Building at 50 N Main Street in Brighton. The seller was 50 Main LLC. The buyer was Hui He and Xiuhui Zhang.  Matt Call, John Witt, and Jason Mayer of NavPoint Real Estate Group represented the seller.  Jason Corriere of Keller Williams Park Meadows, LLC represented the buyer.  This deal successfully closed in July 2017. The property is conveniently located in the heart of Historic Downtown Brighton. This building was constructed in 1968.

Collin began working for NavPoint in 2016 as a Commercial Real Estate Intern. Upon completion of college in 2017, he began his current position as a Commercial Analyst and Underwriter. Collin looks forward to working with and representing commercial investment clients.

A Castle Rock native, Collin attended Douglas County High School before receiving a golf scholarship to Hastings College in Nebraska. Collin earned degrees in Business Administration and Economics and held the Student Association Treasurer position in Student Government for two years. In his free time, Collin enjoys playing golf, attending concerts, and enjoying time with family and friends.

NavPoint Real Estate Group Closes Gas Station Land in Golden, CO

NavPoint Real Estate Group is pleased to announce the sale of 1.88 acres to Kum & Go Gas Station at Gateway Village.  The seller was Gateway Investments an investment entity founded by Northstar Commercial Partners.  The buyers were KG Store 319 LLC.  Heather Taylor and Matt Call of NavPoint Real Estate Group represented the seller.  This deal successfully closed in June 2017.  Gateway Village encompasses 22 acres designated for mixed-use development such as retail, restaurant, bar, and event space located at I-70 Exit 259 and Hwy. 40, just west of the I-70 and 470 junctions. This new, regional retail project will also include a hotel, gas station convenience store, dining, and much more!  There is still room in the retail project which is almost 50% preleased and a few pad sites available for sale or build-to-suit.  It has high visibility from both routes with extremely high traffic counts and is adjacent to the RTD Dinosaur Park and Ride lots.
