Matt is the Founder and Principal of NavPoint Real Estate Group. Matt brings a wealth of commercial real estate Industry expertise, prior to forming NavPoint Matt was the Director of Commercial Real Estate services for a boutique firm servicing Colorado, he also spent time as a member of one of the top commercial real estate brokerage teams at Denver’s largest CRE firm. Matt has extensive experience in all property types including Retail, Office, Industrial, Multi-Family, Land, Investment, and Golf/Hospitality Assets. Matt currently directs the sales, leasing and management of over 1,000,000 SF of commercial real estate at NavPoint Real Estate Group.
Matt also oversees all activities for NavPoint Net Lease (www.navpointnetlease.com), a division of NavPoint Real Estate Group which specializes in the brokerage of net leased assets throughout the United States. Matt is a fourth generation Colorado native having attended the University of Colorado in Boulder on a golf scholarship. Matt played for the Buffaloes golf team while earning his Degree in Political Science. Matt is a two time Colorado State Amateur Golf Champion (’98, ’00) having also played in two Major Championships, the 1999 US Open and 2007 PGA Championship. Matt is a strong proponent of community involvement and is currently chairman of the Board of the Castle Rock Economic Development Council, the Board of Directors for Legacy Hospice and the Associate Board for ACE Scholarships. Matt makes his home in Douglas County with his wife and three daughters where they enjoy everything that is Colorado together!

John Witt is a Partner with NavPoint Real Estate Group and NavPoint Net Lease with a focus on representing private equity clients in the disposition and acquisition of commercial real estate investment assets across the western region. Mr. Witt has a keen eye for navigating and managing investment transactions to ensure a successful closing and he enjoys the challenge of underwriting even the most complex of transactions. John has a diverse background in all property types including Retail, Medical Office, General Office, Industrial, and Multi-Family properties. Prior to his career in real estate, John worked in construction management for Swinerton Builders on the teams that built One Lincoln Park and The Four Seasons Hotel and Private Residences, two of the recent high rises in Downtown Denver. John’s background and experience have made him a great asset for the team and ever since the beginning of his real estate career, Mr. Witt has earned high praise from real estate developers, investors and attorneys for his attention to detail and relentless follow-up.
John was born and raised in northwest Iowa and moved to Colorado to attend college at Colorado State University. At CSU, John was part of the CSU Honors program and studied Construction Management and Mathematics while playing Linebacker and Special Teams for the CSU Rams football team. John graduated Summa Cum Laude and with honors from Colorado State.

As a native of Denver, Matt attended Mullen High School and Metropolitan State College. While attending Metro, Matt excelled in tennis and golf. Golf was where his heart was and he started working as a Colorado PGA Golf Professional. After about 5 years in the golf industry, Matt acquired many great contacts and thanks to one of those contacts, was convinced to obtain his real estate license and enter the field of Commercial Real Estate in January of 2007.
Since 2007 Matt has specialized in Commercial Real Estate, specifically Industrial and Office leasing and investment sales. He has been involved in hundreds of real estate transactions of all types, totaling over $75,000,000 in transaction volume. With a wealth of knowledge and focus in Industrial/Office space, Matt has actively been involved with Landlords, Tenants, Buyers and Sellers from negotiations to execution, while focusing on the client’s actual needs and wants. The client always comes first and Matt’s extensive knowledge of product and processes in leasing and acquiring real property provides him with the necessary tools to get deals done, while keeping the client’s best interests at heart.
Matt is a licensed Colorado Real Estate Broker and an active member of the Denver Metropolitan Commercial Association of Realtors (DMCAR). Matt is married to his wife Kalea of 10 years and they currently reside in Denver with two wonderful daughters, Maven & Scarlett, and a spirited dog named Holland. Matt has a passion for giving back to the community and currently resides on the Corporate Board for the Cancer League of Colorado and is a founding board Member for Drink for Pink, while still trying to keep his golf game in tune.

Ian Elfner joined NavPoint Real Estate Group in June of 2015. He primarily focuses on commercial and investment sales, leasing, and development of retail properties throughout the Front Range of Colorado. With 18+ years of industry experience, he has created a reputation for going out of his way to protect his clients’ best interests while exceeding their expectations. Currently, Ian is responsible for assisting all of his clients with every aspect of their real estate transactions, coordinating effective marketing efforts, and providing superior services on every transaction. Ian’s “client first” long term view of conducting business has created a significant volume of repeat business over the years. Ian has a vast network of brokerage relationships and related industry professionals to assist with making transactions seamless and smooth.
Ian has extensive experience with site selection analysis and strategic market planning for Tenants and Buyers of all types. Notable nationally branded clients include Culver’s, IHOP, Firehouse Subs, Sprint, and The Joint Chiropractic amongst many others.
Ian also has significant past experience representing national, regional, and local landlords with developing and executing a plan and vision for their existing assets and new developments. Notable Owners and Landlords that Ian is working with or has worked with previously include Stratus Companies, Evergreen Development Company, Drake Real Estate Services, Confluence Companies, the Englewood McClellan Reservoir Foundation, United Development Companies, Miller Real Estate, CNA Enterprises, Cornerstone Advisors, Pine Tree Commercial, and POB Montgomery/Gugenheim.
Prior to joining NavPoint Real Estate Group, Ian worked as Commercial Real Estate Broker at Unique Properties, Fuller Real Estate, and CB Richard Ellis in Denver. In addition, he worked for a Real Estate Investment Management firm based in Denver providing in-house Landlord representation for several regional and neighborhood shopping centers throughout the United States. He was also the in-house site location specialist for a franchised Noodles & Company operation for the States of Missouri and Nebraska and also worked in the Real Estate Department at Quiznos, handling new deals and renewal negotiations throughout the western United States. Prior to moving to Colorado, Ian started his career as an intern and worked his way into becoming a Commercial Real Estate Broker for a CB Richard Ellis partner office in Milwaukee, WI.
Ian enjoys spending time with his wife Shelly and their 4 year old twins Hadley and Hayden. Ian enjoys everything the Colorado outdoors have to offer as well as seeing live music and traveling throughout the United States and Internationally.

Brent is a young and energetic part of the NavPoint team who specializes in office and retail leasing, and sales assignments metro-wide. Brent has worked for NavPoint since fall 2014 working as a brokerage assistant and now a broker to help our brokerage staff provide top notch service and ensure our clients get the most exposure and reach possible. Brent has a great work ethic and special talent in building trusting relationships with clients and the people he meets. Brent has a passion for real estate and a tireless work ethic to meet client needs.
Brent, a Colorado native, attended Denver Christian High School and upon receiving a soccer scholarship, the University of Washington. Brent studied Business and Chemistry while he spent his summers working for a commercial landscaping company. Brent spends his free time playing in a soccer league, skiing during the winter months, and boating in the summer.

Jason Mayer joined NavPoint’s brokerage services team in the spring of 2016 and has since focused primarily on the sales and leasing of office, retail, and flex properties throughout the Denver metro area. In his two years with Navpoint, Jason has brokered over $18 million in transactions with an emphasis on the downtown and north Denver submarkets. He is a Colorado native having attended Mountain Range High School before continuing on to earn his bachelor’s degree from the University of Colorado at Boulder with an emphasis in Finance. In his free time he likes to golf, snowboard, travel, read, and take advantage of everything Colorado has to offer.

NavPoint Real Estate Group is pleased to announce the addition of veteran commercial real estate broker Charlie Davis. Mr. Davis brings 35 years of commercial real estate experience with a variety of industry roles in brokerage and asset management. Over that period, Charlie has focused on his own brokerage activities, as well as building and managing other brokerage teams and platforms. He has also served as an institutional asset manager, responsible for a portfolio of assets around the country.
As both a broker and an investor, Charlie’s primary expertise has been in office properties and land for the development of office buildings. Over the past 10 years, he has been involved in more than 75 sales of small office assets, as well as larger office assets and several significant land parcels, the majority of which occurred along the southeast corridor of the Denver metropolitan area. Through these transactions, Charlie has developed diverse relationships with users and other brokers who work the same geographic area. He has been particularly involved with the Denver South economic development organization, providing extensive interactions with other business leaders in the area. In addition, Charlie serves on several Metro District Boards, bringing him in close contact with both county and city government officials along the corridor.

Coming to NavPoint after working with Colliers and CBRE for the past 10+ years where Jeff completed more than 800 transactions and was an integral part of the sales and leasing teams primarily focused on office and industrial properties.
Jeff has listed over 2,000,000 square feet and strategically analyzes his clients’ transactions in a client centric manner that is based on trust, knowledge, experience and respect. He also works with Tenants and Buyers and ensures excellent customer service representing clients best interests in every transaction.
Jeff graduated from Auburn University with a BS in Marketing. He enjoys spending time with his wife Heather, daughter Elise, son Patric and golden retriever Huck. Jeff is also passionate about his hobbies mountain biking, road biking, running, and BBQ.

Chris graduated from the University of Denver with a BS in Real Estate and Construction Management. Chris and his wife are excitedly awaiting the addition of a Chocolate Lab puppy to their home, which will surely keep them on their toes.

With a strong knowledge of financial and acquisition trends, Collin provides insight and analysis that allow owners to make insightful decisions regarding their assets.
A Castle Rock native, Collin attended Douglas County High School before receiving a golf scholarship to Hastings College in Nebraska, and earning degrees in Business Administration and Economics. In his spare time, Collin enjoys playing golf, spending time with family and friends, and cheering on the Nebraska Huskers.

With over 20 years’ experience in the real estate industry, Michelle brings a depth of experience to the NavPoint team.

With over 14 years of experience in the local commercial real estate industry, Holly brings a breadth of knowledge and expertise. Her position at NavPoint includes overseeing the company’s marketing and operations.
Holly has a background in all aspects of the commercial real estate process including; operational management, transaction management, financial underwriting, market analysis, research, graphic design and marketing. With a creative eye and strong attention to detail Holly strives to exceed expectations and provide the highest level of service.
Prior to joining NavPoint Real Estate Group, Holly worked with top producing office leasing and investment sale teams at Cushman & Wakefield (formerly Fuller Real Estate), Colliers International and Lee & Associates.
Holly has a passion for giving back to the community and currently volunteers for Whiz Kids Tutoring and the International Mission Board. She resides in Denver with her husband Joe and his children, Allison and Thomas.

Emily joined the NavPoint Real Estate Team in 2019. Since graduating from Dordt University in 2016, Emily has held a number of positions in the marketing and graphic design fields, allowing her to learn from a variety of seasoned marketing professionals. With a strong knowledge of graphic design and keen attention to detail, Emily seeks to bring the highest level of excellence to all her work.
Originally from northwest Washington, Emily moved to Colorado in the summer of 2018. She enjoys the similarities in terrain between the two states but prefers Colorado’s climate over western Washington’s 150 days of rain each year. In her free time, Emily enjoys hiking, biking, and spending time with friends and family. Emily currently resides in Castle Rock with her husband, Josh, and their Aussie doodle pup, Teddy.

Holly enjoys being part of the NavPoint team, where she uses her expertise to present properties in a clear, concise and appealing way. A love of design, an eye for detail and an old fashioned work ethic have been the keys to Holly’s long and successful career in the graphic design field. Raised in Hawaii, she got her feet wet working for the Sun Press, a local newspaper. This was followed by a stint as the advertising director for a chain of 5 drug stores. After meeting her husband, she moved to California where she started working as a graphic designer for a local print shop. This led to her starting her own graphic design firm, which rapidly grew to be a full service small commercial printing company, with hundreds of clients from many different industries. Having run a small business for many years, she decided to sell so that she could focus on her first love – design. She has done freelance graphics for several years, specializing in advertising and brochure design for a wide spectrum of businesses. This extensive experience enhances her work in the commercial real estate field.
