Avery Sprout recently joined NavPoint Real Estate Group as an Associate Broker, where she’s hitting the ground running in the Office and Industrial sectors. After spending the past year in the hospitality space, focusing on investment underwriting and brand acquisitions for high-profile hotel developments, Avery is excited to apply her analytical background and entrepreneurial mindset to Colorado’s evolving commercial landscape. She leverages market data to drive her underwriting process and is committed to delivering a competitive advantage for her clients as they navigate their next investment or leasing milestone.
Avery is a Colorado native who attended the Harbert College of Business at Auburn University, where she earned her degree in Business Administration with a minor in Entrepreneurship and Family Business. During her time at Auburn, she was a consistent Dean’s List student and held leadership roles within the Alpha Kappa Psi business fraternity. Now that Avery is back in Colorado, you can regularly find her staying active in the outdoors, whether she is training for her next half-marathon or practicing pilates.
