Mr Davis brings 37 years of commercial real estate experience with a variety of industry roles in brokerage and asset management. In addition to his own brokerage career, Charlie has been involved in building and managing brokerage teams for large national companies. He also has served as an institutional asset manager, responsible for a significant portfolio of assets around the country.
The bulk of Charlie’s brokerage career was spent working on office assets and land sales along the SES corridor. In recent years, Charlie’s focus has shifted to Castle Rock and Douglas County assets. The rapid growth of Castle Rock has created tremendous opportunities for local businesses, many of which want to grow. Finding or creating the high quality real estate solutions these clients need is a primary task for Charlie’s team currently.
