Deuce Kirschke
Associate
Deuce Kirschke is a driven Associate at NavPoint Real Estate Group, where he is beginning his career in commercial real estate. Deuce is focused on developing strong market knowledge, building lasting client relationships, and learning the brokerage business through a hands-on approach. Before joining NavPoint, Deuce gained experience as a commercial real estate intern with Marcus & Millichap in Denver, where he assisted with market research, property analysis, marketing packages, and investment sales support.
Coming from a Colorado native family, Deuce has a strong appreciation for the local community and the Colorado market. He recently graduated magna cum laude from Colorado Mesa University with a Bachelor of Science in Business Management and a Certificate in Real Estate. While at Colorado Mesa, Deuce was a captain of the men’s lacrosse team and a two-time All-American, developing a strong work ethic, competitive mindset, and team-first approach that he now brings into his career in commercial real estate.
Outside of work, Deuce enjoys spending time outdoors and taking advantage of the Colorado lifestyle. You can often find him fly fishing, mountain biking, skiing, golfing, or spending time with friends and family.
