MATT Kulbe

As a 4th generation native of Denver, Matt attended Mullen High School and Metropolitan State College. While attending Metro, Matt excelled in Division II Tennis while keeping his golf game up to par. Golf ultimately was where his heart was, and he started working as a Colorado PGA Golf Professional locally. After about 5 years in the golf industry, teaching and managing golf operations, Matt acquired many great contacts and thanks to one of those contacts, was convinced to obtain his real estate license and enter the field of Commercial Real Estate in January of 2007.

Since 2007 Matt has specialized in Commercial Real Estate, specifically in Industrial and Office leasing and investment sales. He has been involved in over 900 commercial real estate transactions. With a wealth of Industrial & Office experience, Matt has actively been involved with Landlords, Tenants, Buyers and Sellers from negotiations to execution, while focusing on the client’s needs and business. Matt has also been involved in several development deals from land acquisition through construction and delivery.

On a personal level, Matt is married to his wife Kalea of 17 years, and they currently reside in Denver with two wonderful daughters, Maven & Scarlett, and spirited dogs, JoJo & Dia. Matt continues to work on his golf game and has a passion for giving back to the community and currently resides on the Cancer League Foundation Board of Directors.
