A native of Castle Rock, Colorado, Steele returns to his roots after graduating from Pepperdine University in Malibu, California, where he earned a degree in Business Administration and a Certificate in Conflict Management. He was awarded a full-tuition merit scholarship and distinguished himself through academic and extracurricular achievements.
Prior to joining NavPoint, Steele gained practical experience through internships at two respected commercial real estate brokerage firms in Denver and Los Angeles. His experience includes underwriting and market analysis, providing him with a strong foundation to support a wide array of client needs and investment strategies. Steele’s work ethic, attention to detail, and passion for real estate align seamlessly with NavPoint’s values and mission.
In his new role, Steele will support the firm’s brokerage, investment, and research teams, assisting in data analysis, market trends, financial modeling, and property evaluation. His insights will enhance the team’s ability to advise clients in acquisitions, dispositions, and leasing transactions throughout the region.
Outside of work, Steele enjoys golf, skiing, motorcycling, and spending time with family and friends. Now back in Colorado, he looks forward to embracing the active lifestyle the state offers while building meaningful relationships in the industry.
