NavPoint Real Estate Group Announces Recent Transactions

NavPoint Real Estate Group is pleased to announce the following lease and sale transactions throughout the Denver Metro Area:
- Sempera, an IT Services provider recently renewed their lease for an additional 3 years at 400 Inverness in Englewood for 2,808 SF. Matt Call of NavPoint Real Estate Group represented the tenant, John Fefley of Westcore represented the Landlord.
- A 3,317 SF building located at 316/318 Wilcox Street in Castle Rock recently sold for $525,000 or $158.27/SF. The purchaser Sancastle Partners, LLC plans to utilize the building for general office, the Seller, FKF Partnership owned the property for over 25 years. The transaction was handled by Matt Call of NavPoint Real Estate Group.
- Castle Rock Oral Surgery and Dr Kristopher Hart recently leased 2,657 SF of medical space at the to-be-built MOB at the new Centura Castle Rock Hospital Campus. The on-campus Medical Office Building totals approximately 60,000 SF in size with a scheduled completion date of August 2013. Matt Call of NavPoint Real Estate Group represented the Tenant and Frauenshuh Developers represented the Landlord
- Matt Call of NavPoint Real Estate Group recently represented ICC Sales, a beauty and cosmetics distribution company in the 3 year lease of 4,079 SF of Industrial/Flex at 680 Atchison Way in Castle Rock. The Landlord Citadel Station LLC was represented by Keith Bell of Newmark Knight Frank.
- Elizabeth U Stor, a 194 unit self-storage facility located in Elizabeth, Colorado recently sold to Elizabeth U Stor LLC for $1,150,000. Matt Call and Heather Taylor of NavPoint Real Estate Group represented the Seller Elizabeth Self Storage, Inc. and Ryan Oliver of Dividend Realty Group represented the Buyer.
