NavPoint Real Estate Group Closes on Retail Building in Denver for $610,000

Denver, CO – NavPoint Real Estate Group is pleased to announce the sale of a 1,329 SF retail building at 5201 W 48^th Ave in Denver. The seller was Western Skies Associates, LLC. The buyer was Peter Jacob Investments, LLC.  Matt Call and Ian Elfner of NavPoint Real Estate Group represented the seller. This deal successfully closed in November 2016. The property is conveniently located off Sheridan Blvd and W 48^th Ave near I-70.  The building was originally constructed in 1962 and long term triple net lease with 9 years remaining.
