Pueblo, CO – NavPoint Real Estate Group is pleased to announce the sale of 6,733 SF retail building at 5700 N Elizabeth Street in Pueblo. The seller was AEI Income & Growth Fund 25, LLC. The buyer was Sydney Charles, LLC. Ian Elfner of NavPoint Real Estate Group represented the seller. Brian Wagner of Newmark Grubb Knight Frank represented the buyer. This deal successfully closed in August 2016. The property is conveniently located off N Elizabeth St and Dillon Drive right off I-25. The building was originally constructed in 2005.
