Elizabeth, CO – NavPoint Real Estate Group is pleased to announce it has completed the sale of Spring Valley Golf Club, a 240-acre, 18-hole championship course located in Elizabeth, CO.
The par-72 course opened in Elbert County in 1998. The course was built on the site of a 1,500-acre working cattle ranch. Construction on the course was originally completed in 1998, then the course and clubhouse underwent a multi-million dollar renovation in 2005.
Additionally, in 2016, the greenside bunkers were renovated bringing some links character and charm of the plains to the golf course. The course is home to many species of wildlife with red tail hawks, raccoons, rabbits, herds of mule deer, migrating geese, prong horn, and even coyotes.
The course is a regulation, 18-hole, par-72 championship venue which plays between 5,200 yards from the forward tees and 7,200 yards from the championship tees, thus offering a challenge to golfers of all skill levels. In addition, Spring Valley offers a full practice area complete with driving range, chipping green, and putting green.
The property includes a clubhouse, restaurant, maintenance facility, driving range, and pro shop. It also includes two undeveloped parcels zoned for commercial uses that are just shy of 10 acres.
