NavPoint Real Estate Group, a commercial real estate services and investment firm is proud to announce the completion of the following transactions:

 

Tenant Representation

  • Matt Call represented Bardo’s Diamond Sports in executing a 3 year lease for 25,000 SF at 18850 Clarke Road in Parker in the 4th quarter 2011
  • Heather Taylor represented Laura & Matt Harris in executing a 1 year lease for 663 SF at Tower 1660 in Denver
  • Matt Call represented Lost Coffee in executing a 3 year lease for 3,000 SF at 3980 Limelight Avenue in Castle Rock, this will be the first of several Metro Area locations for Lost Coffee
  • Heather Taylor represented Hyperbaric Health Center in executing a 3 year lease at the Office Court on Inverness in Englewood for 728 SF
  • Matt Call represented Sandlot Baseball Academy in executing a 3 year lease for 7,200 SF at 4745 Town Center Drive in Colorado Springs, this is the second front Range location for Sandlot

 

Landlord Representation

  • Matt Call represented the landlord at 8484 S. Valley Highway in getting a lease executed with Front Range Laundry for 1,200 SF
  • Matt & Heather both represented the landlord of 4701 Marion in getting a lease executed with Crossfire Hats for prime first floor space
  • Matt & Heather both represented the landlord of 11450 Cherokee in getting a 3 year expansion completed for 5,254 SF with tenant Botanacare
  • Matt & Heather both represented the landlord of 6340 West 56th in getting a 5 year lease executed for 2,643 SF with Pro-Image Auto Repair
  • Matt & Heather executed over twenty short-term leases for the landlord at 4701 Marion Street for the 2012 Stock Show event
  • Matt & Heather both represented the landlord in executing a 5 year lease with Transmission Superstores for 5,667 SF at 11450 Cherokee

 

 

Buyer Representation

  • Matt Call represented Compass Capital Partners in the acquisition of 13 condo/apartment units at 532 Oakwood Drive in Castle Rock in the 4th Quarter
