NavPoint Real Estate Group Executes Lease of Nearly 19,000 SF Industrial Space in Littleton

Littleton, CO – NavPoint Real Estate Group is pleased to announce it has executed a lease for 18,681 at 8101 Midway Drive, with Canopy Aerospace a company that produces Thermal Protection Systems for spacecraft. The Midway building will serve as Canopy’s new corporate headquarters.
“This building, with the modern office buildout, excellent loading, and warehouse space checked all the boxes for Canopy, the Landlord is excited to partner with this cutting-edge aerospace company as a tenant in the years to come,” stated Matt Call of NavPoint.
The landlord, DCP Midway LLC, was represented by Jeff Brandon and Matt Call of NavPoint Real Estate Group. The tenant, Canopy Aerospace Inc, was represented by Matt Harbert and Morgan Barstad of Raise Commercial Real Estate.
This lease was executed in March 2023.
