Falcon, CO – NavPoint Real Estate Group is pleased to announce our client WDG Falcon LLC has completed the purchase of a freestanding retail building located at 11695 Meridian Market View Road. The property consists of a 4,364 SF building constructed of attractive brick veneer that sits on approximately 46,173 SF of land.
The buyer, WDG Falcon LLC, was represented by Mike Quinlan of NavPoint Real Estate Group. The seller, FirstBank, was represented by Randy Dowis of NAI Highland.
