Conifer Marketplace is an established shopping center anchored by Staples, O’Reilly Auto Parts and Anytime Fitness, plus a wide range of other retail stores. The seller was Conifer Retail, LLC. The buyer was DCP Conifer, LLC. Matt Call and Heather Taylor of NavPoint Real Estate Group represented the buyer. Chris Wiedenmayer of Legend Partners represented the seller.
