NavPoint Real Estate Group Represents B2B Property LLC in Acquisition of Longmont Walgreens Property

LONGMONT, CO – July 15, 2026 – NavPoint Real Estate Group announced the acquisition of a 14,412-square-foot retail property located at 835 East 17th Avenue in Longmont, Colorado. Matt Call, Founding Principal, and Jeff Brandon, SIOR Principal, of NavPoint Real Estate Group represented B2B Property LLC in the transaction, leading the sourcing and execution of the acquisition.

The freestanding pharmacy property sits on approximately 1.62 acres in northern Longmont and has operated as a Walgreens location. Built in 2003, the property features a single-tenant retail configuration designed to support convenient customer access and efficient day-to-day operations. Walgreens occupies the building under an absolute triple-net lease structure.

“This acquisition reflects our continued focus on identifying well-located, essential-service retail properties with established tenancy and strong surrounding market fundamentals,” said Jeff Brandon. “The property benefits from its Longmont location, an established customer base and proximity to a growing concentration of employers, residents and regional amenities.”

Key Highlights of the Acquisition

  • Established Retail Location: The property occupies a visible site along East 17th Avenue within an established Longmont commercial and residential area.
  • National Tenant: Walgreens provides pharmacy, health and convenience retail services from the single-tenant building.
  • Long-Term Optionality: The existing lease includes multiple renewal options that support continued occupancy and long-range planning.
  • Strong Regional Position: Longmont forms part of the Boulder metropolitan area and Colorado’s Front Range Urban Corridor, providing access to a skilled workforce, research institutions and a diverse base of businesses.
  • Growing Employment Base: The surrounding market includes major technology and advanced-manufacturing employers.

The acquisition also reflects continued investor interest in necessity-based retail assets located in growing Colorado communities. Pharmacy properties can serve an important role within their surrounding neighborhoods by providing convenient access to prescriptions, wellness products and everyday goods. The Longmont property combines that community-serving use with a location supported by established residential density and a broad regional employment base.

NavPoint Real Estate Group’s representation included identifying the opportunity, advising the buyer throughout the acquisition process and coordinating the transaction through closing. The completed acquisition adds an established healthcare-oriented retail property to the Buyer’s portfolio while supporting continued commercial investment in the Longmont market.
