Garden City, CO – NavPoint Real Estate Group is pleased to announce the sale of 7,300 SF of industrial buildings at 600 & 624 26th St in Garden City. The two industrial buildings are conveniently located off Highway 85 (Business) and 26th St just 2 blocks North of Highway 34. The buildings were constructed in 1957 and 1972 with extensive renovations completed in 2010. Bruckner Truck Sales, Inc. acquired the property to open a Sales office for Mack Trucks and to also sell parts for their customers in northern Colorado.
