Castle Rock, CO – NavPoint Real Estate Group is pleased to announce it has completed the sale of the 15,255 SF office building located at 18 South Wilcox, in Downtown Castle Rock.
18 S Wilcox is located on the hard corner of Wilcox and 1st Streets in the heart of Castle Rock. The property features a large lot, ample exterior as well as covered, secured parking and class A interior finishes. This building was built in 2005and is located within walking distance to a myriad of restaurants, coffee, and retail options. The building was fully occupied at the time of sale with the exception of a first floor suite which the owner/user/investor Buyer intends to occupy. Tenants include Edward Jones, Folkestad-Fazekas Law firm and the Castle Rock EDC.
The Seller, Stone Holdings LLC, was represented by Matt Call of NavPoint Real Estate Group who also sold the building in 2015. The Buyer, DTP Property, LLC, was represented by Jeff Samuelson of Realty One Group.
