The Seller, OmniPark Meridian LLC, was represented by Perry Bacalis with Carr Healthcare Realty. The Buyer, 469 Suite 100 LLC, was represented by Matt Call of NavPoint Real Estate Group. The buyer acquired the property via a 1031 exchange.
