Boulder, CO – NavPoint Real Estate Group is pleased to announce it has completed the sale of a multi-tenant retail/medical project located at 3280-3300 28^th St in Boulder, totaling 39,368 square feet.  Situated at the north end of Boulder’s 28th Street shopping district, just south of Iris Ave/Diagonal Highway.  The seller was REM Investment, LLC.
