    Matt Call

    Matt Call is the Founder and Principal of NavPoint Real Estate Group. Matt brings a wealth of commercial real estate industry expertise to the management of the firm and his brokerage work with high net worth individuals, real estate funds and family offices. NavPoint has completed well over 1 billion dollars in transactions under Matt’s leadership, prior to founding NavPoint in 2011 Matt was the Director of Commercial Real Estate services for a boutique firm servicing Colorado, he also spent time as a member of one of the top commercial real estate brokerage teams at CBRE in Denver. Matt has extensive experience in all Investment property types including Retail, Office, Industrial, Multi-Family, Land, and Golf Course Assets.     Matt Kulbe

    As a native of Denver, Matt attended Mullen High School and Metropolitan State College. While attending Metro, Matt excelled in Division II Tennis while keeping his golf game up to par. Golf ultimately was where his heart was and he started working as a Colorado PGA Golf Professional locally. After about 5 years in the golf industry teaching and managing golf operations, Matt acquired many great contacts and thanks to one of those contacts, was convinced to obtain his real estate license and enter the field of Commercial Real Estate in January of 2007.

    Mike Quinlan is a retail specialist providing in-depth real estate consulting services to various national, regional and local clients. He offers extensive leasing and sales experience nationally and in Colorado with in-depth market insight and analysis. His expertise includes site selection, pad site acquisitions, leasing and sales. Throughout his career, Mr. Quinlan has been involved in the completion of over 421transactions for an aggregate value exceeding $210 million and 2.74 million square feet.

    Collin Tedesco is an Investment Analyst and Broker Associate at NavPoint Real Estate Group. Collin began working at NavPoint in 2016 as a Commercial Real Estate Intern. Upon completion of college in 2017, Collin joined the company full-time. Collin focuses on financial analysis, due diligence and market research for NavPoint’s investment platform. Collin has a diverse background in all property types including Retail, Medical Office, General Office, and Industrial.     Gina started with NavPoint in November of 2018. After graduating from Metropolitan State College, she proceeded to gain work experience in residential real estate, title, and accounts payable.
