The Cottonwood Square Project sells in Colorado Springs, CO

NavPoint Real Estate Group is pleased to announce the sale of The Cottonwood Square Project in Colorado Springs, Colorado.  The property was sold in September to Cottonwood Square, LLC a local investment group for $5,600,000.  The Seller was Union Dublin, LLC.   Matt Call of NavPoint Real Estate Group represented the Purchaser in the transaction of the 61,000 SF project (40,000 SF retail center and 21,000 office building).   The project was approximately 90% leased at the time of sale.   The new owner plans a myriad of capital improvements in 2013 and early 2014.  NavPoint Real Estate Group will handle ongoing leasing and management of the project.
