Jacob Hillman joins NavPoint Real Estate Group as an Analyst, bringing a strong foundation in financial analysis, valuation, and market research. Prior to joining NavPoint, he completed a commercial real estate internship in Salem, Oregon, gaining valuable real-world experience in the industry. Jacob looks forward to applying his analytical skill set while continuing to develop as a commercial real estate professional.

Originally from Oregon, Jacob earned his degree from Colorado State University, where he studied Finance with a concentration in Real Estate and Investment Analysis. Throughout his academic and professional experience, he developed a strong understanding of financial modeling, market analysis, and investment strategy. Outside of work, Jacob enjoys golfing, pickleball, running, and can often be found with his dog, Goose.
