NavPoint Real Estate Group Completes Lease Transaction for SixTen Group at The View in Downtown Castle Rock
CASTLE ROCK, Colo. — NavPoint Real Estate Group announced the completion of a new retail lease for SixTen Group LLC at The View, a prominent mixed-use development located at 610 Jerry Street in downtown Castle Rock. The transaction brings a new bakery and café concept to one of the area’s most visible redevelopment projects and adds another active-use tenant to a property designed to strengthen the downtown core.
SixTen Group LLC will occupy approximately 3,000 square feet on the first floor of the building and the premises will be used for a wholesale and retail bakery, and café eatery serving breakfast, lunch and special event food service, along with related beverage service, catering production and wholesale food items.
